Carb intake for day!

Hey all, can you please tell me how many grams of carbs per day i should eat to gain muscle?i know i should eat 140 grams of proteins,but waht about carbs? whats the formula?(i have 150 pounds).

The numbers of carbs you need a day is a different question than "the formula", or the recommended macro breakdown. The former is contingent upon your lean body mass and activity level. Is 150lbs your bodyweight or your lean body mass?
 
It's my bodyweight, i think i have 12%bodyfat right now, i can see my abs abit,but lets say i know my lean body mass, whats the formla then?

Aim for about 150 grams of complete protein (whey, eggs, meats)if you want to gain muscle. 30/50/20 -protein/carbs/fats. And carbs doesn't mean sugars...it means complex carbohydrates. Avoid sugar.

He can take dextrose PWO,, and he should!
 
I know the good carbs ,i take compelx carbs like oatmeal,brown rice and whole wheat bread,the only time i take simple carbs is post workout,i take white bread with honey and ofc my protein shake,the question was,how much carbs do i need in total,per day,like 300? oh and after training i take like 60 g of simple carbs, and 30 g whey protein, i think thats good,and after 1.5hour i eat a full meal.
