Hey Bro's,
Im wondering if anyone can add input -
Im on a 10 week Tren/ Prop cycle with 4 weeks left. I have been on a CKD the last 6 weeks with one day a week carb bulk. I have been gaining OK but my muscles are now really flat and I feel I am compromising gains.
On no cab days I am eating High protein (2-2.5g) and high good fats. I attain ketosis quite easily.
I just switched to 3 days no carbs/ 1 day carb bulk. Im looking to gain lean mass and lose moderate amounts of weight. I have already gained about 9lbs lean mass on this cycle. I am running an ECA stack alongside, and have ephedrine on way, which I will probably start after PCT as I believe it worksbetter with a Kcal defecit.
Im wondering if anyone has tried this diet, or has tried a variation, ie 2 days no carbs, 1 day moderate carbs, one day high carbs?
When I load I avoid fat, start off with a meal containing high GI, then low GI food (ie oats/ yams) the rest of the day. No fructose.
Any input appreciated.
