mix in a small amount of milk pinch your nose and throw it back you wont taste it

i think i get the best results by starting with a high dosage for a short amount of time and then just back the dosage down near a maintenance level. i normally do not feel the bodybuilding benefits much the first few days normally but once they set in they remain constant. so now i just start with 2 tablespoons a day for 4-5 days then drop back to 2 teaspoons a day..
