I trained with one of my buddies we would do 20 minutes of Cardio by Pushing a Car
One of us would hop in a slip it in Nuetral and the other would push like a OX nice a slow
at first it seems easy but Bam you hit a wall Fast.
Use a new parking lot ( schools on weekend are perfect)
that is 100% flat ; any slant will make it too hard or impossible to push a car
do as many repeats you can do over a 20 minute period
Bring lots of water too
