Car Cardio

I trained with one of my buddies we would do 20 minutes of Cardio by Pushing a Car

One of us would hop in a slip it in Nuetral and the other would push like a OX nice a slow

at first it seems easy but Bam you hit a wall Fast.

Use a new parking lot ( schools on weekend are perfect)
that is 100% flat ; any slant will make it too hard or impossible to push a car

do as many repeats you can do over a 20 minute period

Bring lots of water too
 
We did something like that for a physics experiment. Our Teacher drive a lil old festiva, we figured out acceleration, deceleration, friction, and learned alot about momentum.
 
OMEGA, I would love to see someone push a car around! :| never tried it, but definately would...what car was it?
 
Shit i just help my dad put a box on the back of his pick up truck. Fucking think weighed almost 500 lbs. It wouldn't have been so bad if i didn't get a glass thrown at me in the bar and my hand swelled up like a golf ball today.
 
hehe...I carried a 55 kgs box for 3 kms once as a challenge....the lactic acid build up in my arms and legs was so huge, I thought I was going to cry out of pain...but I finished strong
 
they have gyms nowadays so you dont have to do that.

you use those boulder barbells too like on the Flintstones lol?
 
LOL...well you know the old ways weren't so bad...look at Lee Haney, Arnold, Steve Reeves, Lou Ferrigno, etc...
By the way, during the war in my country, we had no choice but to train with boulders...lol....my dad and I filled up some big milk cans with concrete, made a barbell out of them by joining them with a huge iron piece in the middle. We used it to do the basic exercises when it was too dangerous to leave the house.

I told him I can't do that...I live in Detroit and someone would think I was stealing their car......
 
we used to do that to get ready for rugby season. that and take every weight plate you own outside and through for distance and height. throw and run to them and throw again. leaves your asshole sucking buttermilk but i got strong as fuck.
