Can't take AAS anymore, what would you recommend?

Hi. This is not Sarita, its her husband.
I have been working out for over 10 years and done cycles of just about everything ..intermittently. I have gained great mass and strength so far, but due to health concerns I cant take the gas any more. I am 5'9 1/2", weigh 245, approx 15-17% bodyfat. Heaviest bench 600, squat is the same, deadlift is 550- (natural numbers @ present). I want to put some more mass and strength on - I'd like to be about 270. I follow the Parrillo diet diet plan- eating 5,000cal daily, 350GM of Protien.
I currently take 3 Multi Vit, NO2, cell mass, & NO Explode sometimes. Are there any better supplements out there that you would personally reccomend for putting mass on. Thanks in advance for your help. J.

Honestly, man, I can't say anything good about any nutritional supplements because most don't work and the few that do anything still aren't as good as whole foods in my opinion, except obviously protein supps, which are what they are.

I'd recommend drinking a gallon of skim milk a day and adding olive oil to your shakes, up the carbs too, instead of 1 sweet potato, have two, things like that.

Agreed. Diet is 70% of the equation to getting huge.

I'd also check out Cell-Tech, shit works wonders.

On second thought, don't check out Cell-Tech.

PureCEE. I have seen awesome results from it in just a couple weeks. Give it a shot.

Whats in this supplement?
Please hand me a link or write down the supplement ingridients.

Creatine does work. It gives you extra recovery between sets at the very least.

CEE stands for Creative Ethyl Ester, you can Google it. It gives you the increased ATP reserves without bloating. I've used it and found I had the extra recovery ability between sets but my strength didn't go up as I've come to expect from Cratine Monohydrate, probably due to not bloating.

Sarita's husband: as an aside, the admins of the site can get quite upset at people sharing a username. It'd be better if you made your own account.

What he said^^^ Creatine is effective in size and strength gains. I would also have rest, training and diet in check

Just curious, why would the admins have a problem with that? Especially from a paying customer.
