can't sleep

Guys I have been using aratest, and last week i started the ttokkyo 10mg dbol. Ever since then I cannot sleep at all. I'm never tired at night. It can be past three in the morning and I still can't fall asleep. My buddy has been having the same problems since he started his. Has anybody had this problem before. I never had this problem when I took anabol. Do you think melatonin or zmass would help me out?
 
its normal you body is kicked into hi gear on the cycle..metalonin gives me nightmares......try Tylenol pm works for me..also another good one is kava kava. Good luck on those ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ:cool: RADAR
 
Bro do a search. I've posted several times about my long history with insomnia and the many remedies I've tried. In a nutshell, melatonin is a good idea. However, by far the best thing I have tried, prescription or not, is St. John's Wort. I take all 3 caps an hour before bed and I sleep great with no hangover.

Another thought is not to take the dbol at night. My understanding is that dbol is in an out of you in a matter of hours. You may know that you can minimize testosterone suppression from dbol by only taking it in the a.m. People are actually bridging with dbol taken once per day. Best gains would come if you kept levels up at all hours, but you also need to sleep.

Melatonin doesn't work unless you have jet lag, and take it during the time you would normally be awake. Melatonin is more related to the biological clock than it is in putting someone to sleep.
Insomnia is a problem I have when I overtrain. When I start my gear, I'm so anxious sometimes, that I'll over do it before it has a chance to kick in. Just a thought though.
 
Melatonin works great and St Johns Wort also works good and helps me relax and control Panik attacks. Good Luck Bro, I had the same problem while on D-Bol.

What exactly do you mean by melatonin being related to the biological clock? I'm fairly sure i dont have insomnia, I think my bio clock is just out of whack. For instance- the last month or so i get home around 1 am, sit on the computer until about 3, try and go to bed until 4, that doesnt work so i pass time until the gym opens at 630 and go work out, then i come home at 830 am. I finally go to sleep around 9 in the morning and sleep until 530 at night. I need to get back on track of sleeping at night and staying awake during the day, i dont like being nocturnal. Would melatonin be best for this? or st johns wort? Also, is it true melatonin can become addicting?
 
bro the solution is easy.. do what i do and smoke alot of bud.. Thats how i got myself to fall asleep yesterday :D
 
when i started taking sust. like the 2 week or so i ahd a real problem sleeping took tylenol pm did nothing for me got some Unisom took half a tab out in 30mins
