can't eat, please help

i'm on my second week of the following cycle.

500mgs/wk SUST
400mgs/wk EQ
30mgs ed DBOL

i'm over the sust flu and feeling like crap and workouts are back up to what they should be. but i don't feel like eating at all. i have to force myself to get just 2600 calories. any suggestions? thanks, CPA.

I wish I could help, but it is harder for some to eat than others. I suffer like you. Some days, I know I could go the whole day without eating and be fine. You just have to power that food down any way you can.

I have found watching porn, drinking a protein shake, and yelling 'that's me, that's me' while visualizing myself as so buff that people pay me to bang hotties helps.

Maybe that's just me.

Oh on a side note, don't do this at your work or office. Boy, that's one lesson you only need to learn once. :D
 
If you have the sust flu it should be gone in a couple days if not sooner. Try some weight gainers such as N-Large2 by Prolab to get in some extra cals. As 2Thick said B-12 will help as well but you should not have any trouble eating once the Sust flu goes away and you are on Eq :D Good luck on your cycle!

if you dont feel like eating then dont do it because its bad for you to force yourself to eat to much. somedays i only eat like maybe 1 time a day because for some reason im just not hungry. when i dont sleep enuff i am never hungry so you prolly aint getting enuff shut eye

hahahha, that's funny. I hope you aren't using gear, because you really shouldn't be giving advice considering you don't know shit about diet, and not much else I can only presume.
 
Digestive enzymes in form of pills and tabs work well for me, also, adding 2-3 low fat yogurts.
Periactin will certainly help, there's very good article by Grendel on Anabolic Extreme online mag, you may want to check it out. Some sources have Periactin on their lists.
Also, you can try to drink most of your food, instead of eating it, many guys find it's easier way. Get good weight gainer, use flax seed oil, peanut butter(one with only peanuts, I think, it's called "Natural",no oil added) If you like junk food, don't be afraid to stick to eat, just pick the least fattening things.

Holy shit, this is funny....:D

Good advice re: the NLarge2. Stick a banana & some flax seed oil in there with milk and you get close to 800 calories without that full/bloated feeling some high calorie shakes give you. Do this 2 or 3 times a day, and your back in business. Also, sometimes your stomach shrinks up a little after being sick and you feel full much quicker. Try to drink a ton of H20 at a sitting a few times a day while eating small portions as many times as possible throughout the day.
