Cant` beleive it - 3 weekes out of the gym and i am turning into a piece of shit!!!

Can`t believe it. Just made a big move across the country (mustang ... i am now in the wild wild west!!)and a new job transfer. Cut out the gym, and totally fu cked up the diet. I am living with 4 people for the next few months and i cannot eat the same especially if you have to cook for everyone! I can`t believe how out of shape i became in thazt short of time?? It really blows my mind... I think that the more you get in shape, the quicker it takes for you to get out of shape, as your body has become accostomed to being well fed and exercized.

Its almost a downfall, because if you are regularilt unhealthy, your body becmes used to it, but if ou are sound and fit, you become tolerant to it, but i think that it catches up more quickly when you stop! SOrry to bother you all, and i am pretty hammered right now ....... whicjh is another factor of why i cant wait to settle back inot my routine, i usually do not get thi sdrunk, so i am gonna pass iup this little while and try to start from scratch when i move in by myself!! I might as wekll rip it up because i am already wey passed th e point of n o return! I just hope tht i canb return nice and strong!! I feel like shit!! That is the good thing training has done for me! I knbow when i have een slacinhg odff!! Sorry to dissapoint anyone who i have been close too, bit this is a rare occasion, .. anywhoo, i am off to the bar, and i am strarting with a clean slate nezxt week!!

I hear ya. Just started a new job and havent been in 2 1/2 weeks. I cant wait to get a set schedule and get back in.
 
I just feel unorganized and disorderly .. i feel like i am losing msas and healh more tha i really probably am! I think that hAL F of it is physologiacal! Hang in ther man! I think that it is so much easier when you have been used to beeing on tract before! I really feel like a lazy liece of shit right now, and i hate it, ..... i can`t wait to get abck into a program and stick by it strongly!

i feel you on that one,one week off lifting and off a high protien diet made me feel all soft,strength goes right down the shitter,and its a frustrating time getting it back.it seems like it takes forever to build your strenght but only a week or two to loose some of it
 
Bill Pearl said something interesting in his book 'Getting Stronger' about restarting after a hiatus. I can't remember what it was now, but if you have this book check that part out, as it should help you out.
 
snap out of it, mavy!!! c'mon, bro.... everyone goes through this every now and then.. you're muscle tissure and muscle memory is still there.... get back in there and you'll bounce back in 3 weeks time....trust me. hit me up in three weeks and you'll tell me i was right.

I am with you on this one bro, But hey BE POSITIVE, get your head straight start re planning your program, diet and supplements and you will bounce right back in no time, its all in the mind, Come on be positive.
