Here''s my prob. I have tried every exercise I can find on building thick round delts. I have been lifting for approx 9 years and have two lagging body parts. Calves and delts. Nelsons calf workout is working great but any reccomends on rounding out my delts ? My delts are thick front to back and side to side but no matter what lifts i do they just get thicker not rounder. I lift heavy and switch to light, cycle on and off, and i try to be very detailed on proper technique but my outer delts just dont have the full round look.
What do you guys do ? Anyone with same prob ??
