Personally, it adds 10 pounds of water weight (mostly intracellular) within a 2 day period while smoking heavy (and lose 10 lbs if I run out). It will add at least 10-20 lbs to my bench press within that same period. I'm surprised others haven't noticed this effect. There are physiological reasons for the gains that I don't have nearly the time to detail here. But they are real. Also, smoking prior to a workout makes my workouts much more focussed and superior to those workouts without puffs. I discussed this issue at length several years ago with some of the worlds formost and acknowledged steroid gurus. We all agreed that the effects were real and also agreed on the pharmacology behind the gains. Enjoy your puffs.
