im up aprox 23 lbs and i smoke daily after my workouts

Personally, it adds 10 pounds of water weight (mostly intracellular) within a 2 day period while smoking heavy (and lose 10 lbs if I run out). It will add at least 10-20 lbs to my bench press within that same period. I'm surprised others haven't noticed this effect. There are physiological reasons for the gains that I don't have nearly the time to detail here. But they are real. Also, smoking prior to a workout makes my workouts much more focussed and superior to those workouts without puffs. I discussed this issue at length several years ago with some of the worlds formost and acknowledged steroid gurus. We all agreed that the effects were real and also agreed on the pharmacology behind the gains. Enjoy your puffs.

You gain 10lbs of water because of smoking. I've never noticed that effect.

I can see that although you smoke on a routine basis you don't understand that the "dro" is just about the ronchiest weed available. Sorry but nothing compares to the flavour and aroma of all organic herb grown in soil. Hydroponic weed is regarded as inferior by those who grow and smoke the best available. Usually it's grown with chemical fertilizers that just don't give the same quality end product. It usually ends up overfertilized and as a result it ends up lower in yeild, weaker in potency and overall inferior to soil grown smoke. Also, there is a popular misconception that hydroponic weed is more potent than soil grown herb. The potency is specific to the strain being grown and any imperfections presented by the hydroponic system will negatively impact all aspects of the weed incuding potency. Hydroponic systems are very unforgiving and don't have the buffering capacity presented by soil.
