we hear alot about thanking american soldiers now I think we should appreciate the canadians who are risking their lives all over the world with one dieing yesterday in afghanistan

the vehicles they are using were shit also,no real protection from outside attack considering the doors arent even metal, I think they are in the process of replacing them anyway

The Canadian armed forces need a major overhaul. It's a national joke for this reason.

defanbaker(sp) put us miles behind military wise when the avro arrow was scraped ,and I do believe we have everything the U.S does but on a smaller scale and much more discreet.

they are pushing hard to recruit more people right now and are planning to put more money in it,but I never see it taking off like the U.S forces
