you could try a superdrol product. Needto sells beastdrol and it has great reviews. Its not 19nor but it will give you some strength/muscle.

I don't think needto sells beast anymore which is a great product. If u are dead set on spawn then google spawn clones and with the results you find cross reference them here to read up on any reviews on them and to see if it's made by a reputable manufacturer. Also take a look at needtobuildmuscle.com has support supps that u NEED to take while ur taking this. Good luck

spawn is tren and epistane. u can still get epistane, and theres better stuff than tren out there that u can still get...beastdrol, helladrol...
