Can you overtrain while on gear?

I find it hard to overtrain, so long as as carbs/protein/calories are in check... and I get my 14 hours of sleep a day in. Everyone is different yada yada, but possible to overtrain..definitely.
 
I would think unless your goal is endurance if you can do 18 sets and still move your sets are either too small or too light.
4 sets of 10 should leave your really really sore if you just want muscle growth.
There are lots of studies showing to get max growth you need to hit 80% of your max you can handle.
I don't see anyone doing 18 sets of 80% of their max single rep.

I can't move immediately after 18 sets but in 24 hours I'm completely recovered. That's the magic of gear.
