Diet – High Calories, no less than 20% fat, whole foods
Supplements – zma or zinc, tribulus, tongkat ali, vitamin c, multivitamin
Exercise – Beware of overtraining!
Anti-estrogens – eg Nolvadex, arimidex, aifm will all significantly raise test levels due to estrogen inhibition.
Sleep – Get loads of sleep
Alcohol – Taking more than a few glasses will significantly lower test levels.
Prescription drugs – minimise, among others, painkillers and SSRIs will lower test levels.
Mental Outlook/Attitude – is everything! Lose the stress, lose the “I have low test levels attitude”. Maybe you don’t have low test levels, maybe just bad muscle genetics. Testosterone is released in reaction to LH which you produce in your brain, that is your head, your mind… you are in control of your test production…believe it..believe you are a megalarge dogbeast and your wishes will be fulfilled!
