I used to be obsessed with this, but in reality, I don't find it healthy. I tried to not look at myself at all for a few days (just my body, not my face), and I realized it was almost an impulse and near impossible for the first few days. After I got used to it, it became easier.
I am much more happier now that I don't obsess over this. No real changes will happen to the body within a day or so anyways.
