getbig27 was rude. But if you sift throught the shit you see what he is saying is true.

Time is what you need.

Growth isn't steady its ups and downs.

Maybe your body needs to maintain this weight for a couple months and then try to blast it.

Periodization is important not only for training but for diet and gear too.

I do 6 weeks lower calories so when I up the calories I can make better gains then if they had stayed constant all that time.

Make a plan...

Waterboy you may have gained more muscle than you think, lets say that you lost 6 pounds of fat, then your total gain would have been about 12 pounds of lean mass, some of which is water of course.:)

Jesus, i maintain 235 naturally at 5ft9, and ive only done 2 very small very short cycles. I swear some of you guys are wasting your money.

you started at 135 and now 172.. you gained 37 with 3 cycles!!!!
that sucks, you should be 170 without any cycle man..
for how long have you trainned??
bodybuilding is all about learning your body and patience...
I'm new here and i think this is a really great board , lots of info!

but when i see people who don't know shit about bb and are already juicing, that piss me off!!

bb is not just about being big!! if u don't love to train! DONT!!!!!!!!!
