Can the ladies explain this to me?

Thats what I have, kinda combo type thing.. but I only have 300lbs of plates. I have two benches one flat and one adjustable... Only thing I hate on it is the leg extension and ham curl part... never did like those home ones.

My flat bench is "professional" quality while the incline is "cheaper" it has an attachment for preacher curls, I love zottman curls. I've found by only using free weights I get much better results. However, I generally only used machines on back day and the crossover machine for flyes. I really don't miss the commercial gym at all.

So QT, I have to ask... and you other Canucks can maybe answer this, too...

IN Canada, if you just call your round almost fat-free bacon, "bacon"... then what do you call our long, flat fat-filled bacon? "American Bacon?"

We don't call it Canadian bacon that is a yankee thing. Well call it pemeal bacon and the other stuff just plain bacon.
