CAN"T HIDE IT NOW

Well as ive stated in the past I have plans of making a comeback and competing this spring.Not really knowing what to expect,I started with my ole standby"s sust. 250 and anadrol.I had been eating really clean and was down to 187lb.ive been clean 5 yrs.staeted 50mg abomb and 500 mg.sust.a week.for 1 week.then i upped it to 100mg anadrol 500mg sust and 250 mg enanthate(every other day.)I know,i know I have an addictive personality.after 3 and half weeks im up to210 lb.and leaner than before.this sounds great right?wronge!my wife is kind of on to me(you think).talk about muscle memory!at this rate ill be 230lb in a month.at 43 yrs old and coach of my son's sports teams im getting really funny looks.my old bodybuilding ways are back and i cant stop!So i guess ill say fuck everybody else and hello Masters nationals!!IM BAAAACKKKK!!!
 
I wish i had took a before pic first.surely i atleast have a family shot from christmas.ill try to get a good shot as soon as possible.you guys feedback will tell it all.
 
I'll see you there (Master's Nationals). Make sure anyone and everyone sees you carrying around your creatine/protein powder/nitro shotgun, etc. Complain to all that you are training like mad and start bringing an icechest full of protein to work. The gossip will stop soon and people will lay off the "are you juicin'" questions.

BTW here's the cure when some dude you don't know asks you if you are on 'roids: Ask him if his wife/girlfriend takes it up the ass. When his face contorts tell him you will keep out of his personal business if he keeps out of yours. Works every time.

OH and a gallon of water every hour.I feel water is the most important element.

A gallon every hour?!?! Thats way too much water you probably have to piss every 5 minutes.
 
Awesome bro. Welcome back!

Wear loose clothing and short sleeve shirts with the longer sleeves. You know the ones I'm talking about. Blame it on creatine, weight gainer, and high calorie protein shakes.

And watch the water intake. Believe it or not, too much water can kill you and a gallon of water per hour is a shit load of water.

Wow! that really hit home.Im a recovering alcoholic(sober 2 yrs)I had posted before that the alcohol and lortab put me out for 5 yrs.I felt i was making progress but i guess the "addict" in me still shows.

Congrats on being sober for 2 years!
 
I agree. Props Bomber! Pain meds are tough enough to get off. Dual diagnosis makes it even tougher. 2-years clean and sober is a GREAT ACHIEVEMENT!!! Kudos!

Oh and remember, you woudln't be getting huge without training.... sure it isn't the TRAINING you are addicted too ... ? :)
