Ok..
You gotta have Adobe ImageReady or some other program that can do Gif Animations (do a search for Gif Animator to download).

Then ya open up the animated gif in your program.

Then ya go to the File Menu and select Image Size and for it to be avatar size, change the bigger number of the height and width to 100.

Then ya save the new gif image.


Got that? Good.
