can someone recommend how i should be eatting and wat i should do
im also starting to get a gut
this sucks.... any ideas?

when you arm gets back to normal then you can start training and if you train 'very' good you can get your gainz back with in 3 months or less if you got good gentics...

Its time to cut up. You can do cardio and get your diet really clean. Unless you are already cut.

1-2 grams per body weight.....buy some ginger root too take that RIGHT before each meal...at 500-1000mgs/day help you take down more protein...do a search for it MARCO had a great post on it long ago...

Am I the only one who is going to say...

STOP SOUNDING LIKE A CANDY ASS PUSSY!

There is NO reason you can't work out with a broken hand.

First off, a broken hand doesn't affect your leg work outs at all.

Second, you have one unbroken hand, so what you can do with dumbells with that arm isn't even affected.

Third, when I had a broken hand I used pec deck, pec deck flies, and chest pullovers (using my elbows) to work chest. You can still do machine lat raises and rear delt machines.

Also, if only your finger or knuckle is broken... use a bench machine and balance the bar on the heals of your palm.

I knew a girl at Gold's Gym Venice who was back in the gym doing her routine 8 days after she had brain surgery... and half of her body was paralyzed. She worked to get out of her wheel chair... even though she was terminal... and did a full leg work out the day before she died.

Injuries change how you train. They do not stop it.
