Can someone give me a leg workout for tonight?

Take you 5RM - do 20 reps. However you can get them done. Stay at the rack until you've done it 20 times. Maybe that's singles by the end and a lot of sucking air in between.

After that, do whatever you feel like. Probably won't be much.

I actually ended up doing something similar to this. I got the worst headache halfway through and felt like I was doing whip-its. I'm sore as hell.

Yeah. Getting in and out of the car sucked, and I'm not looking forward to the toilet, but I haven't been this sore in a while. it feels good. Tomorrow will be worse.
