Can I switch from Omna to Sust mid-cycle

Would it be ok to switch from Omna to Sust in mid-cycle? What is the difference between the two? What type of affects will I get from switching? Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with switching in the middle of cylce. Omna seems to have more water retention and maybe a little more acne.

Jelfa just changed its formula and is now the same as sust.

It has been exactly the same formula for a while now....and from my experience, Omna does not cause more water retention then Sust (not in me at least).
