Can i reach these goals?

Stats..
2nd cycle
27years old
5'11"
200lbs
15% BF
Diet..
Will be starting Palumbo's Diet followed strictly
Training..
1hr of low intensity cardio on an empty stomach 5 days a week
4 days a week of heavy lifting in the 5 to 8 rep range
Cycle..
1-10: 250mg Test E/wk
5-10: T3 pyramiding up to no more than 75 a day
I have enough oral Winny for 4 weeks at 50mg a day but im not sure if i should use in the first 4 weeks or last 4 or if i even need it at all.
1 also have enough Proviron for 10 weeks but i think i will save that for my bulk..
1-14: .5 A-Dex a day just in case
Letro on hand but shouldnt be a prob with such a low dosage of test
Liv52 on hand if i use the winny
PCT..
Nolvadex and Sustain Alpha and still considering hcg at 500iu a week starting at week 3.

Goals..
I would like to get down to 10% BF or close to it by the end of my cycle without losing any muscle and possibly gaining some but more concerned with the fat loss. Im really only using the test to counteract the catabolism of T3 and the teenager feeling again.

What do you think? Any suggestions on the cycle? Doable?

Here is my opinion:
-Test dose is too low to help while dropping calories THAT low and doing 45 mins+ of cardio 6 days a week.
-Nolvadex is a poor choice, use aromasin during cycle and pct as well as clomid.
-HCG is a must, it makes everything else easier.
-Save the winstrol for when you're less then 10% bf, you'll be wasting it by using it now.
-A dex is a poor choice as it has the possibility of rebounding, suicidal A/I's are the way to go.
 
You have to loose 5% or 10 lbs of fat if you are really 15%. That's a lb of fat per week to loose and that is very very dooable on cycle. Imo you won't need t3 and alll that AM cardio to meet that goal.
 
So 250mg a week is too low at 2500cals a day to hang on to what i have right now when my bmr is around 3000cals? I put on muscle pretty quick with 500mg of test but then again i was eating 4500cals a day....lol I geuss the T3 will be a maybe depending on where i am at week 5. Adex is no good and i thought nolva and clomid were pretty much even?

It might work for you but only you will know if it does or doesn't.

I'm saying to forgo the armidex and use aromasin instead, keep the clomid.
 
I would personally run test at 500mg wk 250 mon 250 thurs
low intense cardio will work wonders on an empty stomach,esp after 12 hrs from your last meal.

Why low intensity cardio ? Not to loose muscle? What If he did HiiT?

he is doing one hour,i'm not gonna argue his reasoning, could be bad knees or some other issue i usually do mine in 20 mins moderate mixed with several high intensiry bursts.
