Can I reach my goal?

Def wasn't the answer I was looking for lol. And I find that the diet I am currently using (i've only started about a week ago) is doing fine as far as fufilling hunger, I don't feel bloated after a meal and I don't feel like I still need to keep eating, it's just right. I'm just wondering if I should add more to my breakfast, or lunch, or what.
 
I'd put that all in to a site like fitday.com and then you'll know exactly how many calories/ macros etc. It may seem like a pain now but as you get lower in bf, you'll need to tweak things in your diet, change up your macros and it's tough to do accurately if you don't have a good baseline or really know what to change. I don't think your diet is bad...you just need the more specific info.

I did a rough tally based on nutritional value on things and for the day I take in approx 2500 cals. 130g of fat( a lot coming from the almonds/eggs). and 240g of protein.
