I have a big blender, and I was wondering if i can make up a blender container full of ON Whey in either milk or water. Will this hurt the protein synthesis?
Thanks!!!

some dont like doing, some company's say that if its premade for over 24 hrs then it loses some of its protein. i dont have the need to pre make them so im not sure really.

I will only premake it for the current day. MEaning that I will make three-four servings for today. I do this so when I want a snack in between meals, I can get some good nutrients. Does O.N. say anything about this? It also tastes more smoothly when blended. Perhaps I will try Peanut Butter tomorrow.

no but i remember reading something on EAS's website about their myoplex being made ahead of time. long time ago.

I use the same thing, and made that mistake. It's always good to drink it right after u make it... By the WHEY, I use Vanilla w/"Island Oasis" drink mix, and it's the best!!!

well, is it better to drink it right after you make it because it gets clumpy or because the protien breaks down? If it is because it gets clumpy, I always throw it back on the blender for a few seconds.

Yeah thats OK, Ive been doing that for years. I pre mix a days worth of shakes, (approx 3 servings). blend um up, drink 1 and put the blender in the fridge. When its time for the next shake, I just pop the blender back on the base, give a quick mix, and pour....Its all gone by dinner time so I really dont see where there could be a problem.

Yep, that's what I do, except I get one at 0900, 1430, 2200. Somewhere around those times anyway. Just in between meals really and before bed.
