Can i please get some help..............

ok ive been going to the gym for about a year or so now, and i not really gettin the results that im lookin for.... so i wana do a cycle steroids... but the problem is i dont know what i should do? ok well im like 6'2" and a 165pounds ( i know tall and skinny) and i want something that will belp me build up faster (not lookin for growth hormone) so i was wonder if someone could give me suggestions on what you would recommend?

Sure........go to the diet board and learn how to eat thats 90% of the results you expect to achieve right there.
Been training only a year huh? You are no where ready to touch gear, that should be used after you cannot possibly make any more gains naturally providing Diet & training intensity are in check.

Test enanthate& Dbol are a good first cycle, but if you don't know how to eat, do not expect to keep any gains, it all goes hand in hand.

dude the first year in the gym is the most productive year, whether you know what u are doing or not, eat like shit, or whatever. u must not even be going. regardless, 1 year is not long at all buddy.

use what God gave you......the balls between your fuckin legs. go to the gym and use them...sweet, breath heavy, lift through the pain and learn to enjoy the pain....that's what it's all about...then you take steroids after you build a decent frame. Christ, you havent even gotten your cherry popped in the gym now you wanna pop the other cherry.

go to the diet a training forum, you get what u need from there. you're in the wrong place kid
 
I have to agree with the guys here bro, I lifted for 12 years before I went to the dark side!

You should have seen great changes in your body in the first 12 months of lifting if you never lifted before. Do you eat???????????????
 
Steroids are NOT maigc.

If you have lifted a year and have not realy seen gains, then you have other problems which steroids will NOT solve.

Most likely you are doing something wrong and it is preventing you from growing.

The most common causes are:

Your diet - protein is the building block from which muscle is made. Its like building a bridge - you need steel - right? (Carbs are fuel, that would be like the gasoline and electricity which power the machines that make a bridge). Well, if you are not eating a lot of protein you will not grow. Period.

Training - Over or under training - I just get the sense that you are following what some book told you to do, or are doing curls and presses all day .... you need to learn to train properly.


If you didn't grow that much during your first years, then taking steriods will not fix it, and will place you at undue risk--Even greater risk since its obvious that you are (probably) not training or eating correctly.


Steriods *multiply* the effects and the growth you get from proper diet and training. If you are getting near zero gains, then try multiplying anything times zero, you still get ... zero.

The cool thing is that the solutions are probably not that difficult.

Diet? Not difficult, for most young skinny guys, simply doing 2-3 protein shakes a day may make a HUGE difference.

Training? Most people's 5 days a week or 12 exercises per bodypart routines SUCK. Frankly you could probably focus on like 2-3 major exercises per bodypart, and go to the gym 3 days a week, and spend less than 45 minutes there each time, and GROW.
