Can I cook these in the microwave?

I live in a dorm and we are only allowed to have microwaves in our rooms. I want to know if i can cook meat like chicken, beef, pork, and turkey in the microwave. Also, what is a good way to cook eggs in the microwave?

Eggs can be tricky in the 'wave....be sure to keep an eye on them & keep stirring them or they will explode and turn rubbery......'wave for 30 secs to a minute stir & repeat till done....

you can cook all manner of foods but just remember to stir them cuz the microwave won't heat the middle usually and the food won't turn brown.....

eggs are OK as long as you're careful

I cook eggs in the micro every day ... 6 whites, 2 yolks, touch of milk and stir like crazy.

Cook for 1:30 ... stir ... cook for another 30 sec ... stir and done. This all depends on your Micro of course.

I used to cook chicken breasts for 8 minutes on high. Just add some seasoning and you're good to go

yes! we weren't allowed foremen grills either but I said fuck that. I just put down a towel by the door and lit some candles while i grilled out kept the window open.

yeah, i think im gonna take your advice and put a towel under the door, thats a good idea. If they find that I have one they will write me up, but i havent been written up b4 so it will be cool. Funny thing is them writing me up for a foreman grill would be just as bad as if they found me smoking pot. They are dumbasses. I'm going back on Sunday I'll let u know how it goes.

p.s. I hope that the grill doesnt set off the fire alarm in my room

why not just eat at your caffeteria or bring food back to the dorms?? My roomates and I always brough back sandwiches, chicken patties and burgers back.....oh and tons of junkfood.

the food from the cafeteria is processed garbage. The beef that they have there blows and they put all this extra shit all over the chicken. I swear to god man when I am at school eating that food i am shitting like 5 times a day. I wanna know exactly what is in my food and how many calories i am getting and the macronutrient breakdown.
