So next week is my 4th and fial week of Diesel. I'm planning on takig a good 6-8 weeks of before my next PH cycle.
My goal is to gain another 5-10lbs of muscle while "Off".
Here is my plan-
PCT/Uleashed combo- 2 bottles of each.
HCGenerate
Gear
Bridge
Waxy Maize
My plan is to take in 300 grams of protein, 3500-4000 caloris, a LOT of carbs, 10g of creatine.
Work my ass off in the gym and eat a ton but clean.
Thoughts? Idea's of how to take of each? I'm not worried about the carbs making me fat, I'm very lean and have a very fast metabolism plus I have Crohns disease (had a bowel resection surgery in 2007).
