Sust 250 @ 500 mg/wk
Deca @ 400 mg/wk. Better yet, npp if you have never dealt with deca.

I've cycled with deca before -

Deca cycle - 600mg EW - 10 weeks.

Not sure on my dosages yet, it will be a while before I take my next cycle.

follow genmans advice. oh and run the dbol the first 6 weeks at 30-50 mgs a day split up doses. good luck bro.

I was going to cycle something like this.

Deca + Sust - Mon

Sust - Thursday

Not sure on the sust though, this will be my first time trying it, also.... I can't seem to find any info on the dosage amounts for sust.
