Deca @ 400 mg/wk. Better yet, npp if you have never dealt with deca.

Deca cycle - 600mg EW - 10 weeks.

I was going to cycle something like this.

Deca + Sust - Mon

Sust - Thursday

Not sure on the sust though, this will be my first time trying it, also.... I can't seem to find any info on the dosage amounts for sust.

same as regular test. for your first run i'd go 500 mgs a week. 250 (1 c) monday and then another thurs, etc.. for about 12 weeks.

You think 400mg/wk for deca will be good enough for me ?

My body is used to deca, but then again it's not used to multiple injections.

it really depends on YOU. 300 is more than enough for me. it also depends on your goals.

400mg will be fine with the sust, you have a very solid basic cylce there bro.
I personally love sustanon, on it's own it can hurt a bit after the injection (like you've been kicked by a mule!) although the more you use it the better this gets (no idea why), mix it with the deca though and you will be fine. Good luck with your cycle .
