Can external rotator work increase the BP?

Explain cuban rotations??

OK I'm 50% cuban so I would like to perform cuban rotations mainly b/c I don't know what they are and I like trying new workouts and second b/c I'm part cuban so this might be my lucky workout. Now can someone explain to me how to do these. I've heard of them on another post just there was no explanation. THanx.
 
Endpoint the thing isn't that I use my back while doing it it's just that I bend my knees like I do stand curls so I don't swing my back and get less out of the excercise working that region.
 
cuban rotations (or presses)
use a barbell.
use a wider than sholder grip. perform an upright row. then rotate the barbell over you head.

cubanaito......you should know how to do these. If there was an "australian rotation" i would know how to do it.......hahaha. they would teach you in schools
 
Thanx endpoint, but I read that thing twice and I stil don't get it the pics don't help much either. I'll get someone else to read it and see if they understand it.
