last night i did my first bicep shots in each bicep. i did a mixture of 1cc winny and 1/2cc tren in each shot, it didnt feel too bad after i shot but right now i cant even pick my nose thats how bad my biceps hurt, its unbearable...feels like i tore both my biceps...its gotta be from the winny so i think from now on i will shoot the winny in my legs, fuck this shit man it aint worth it- lexus

yup. it hurts at first, but you will get used to it and the pumps are great. you should take the shot AFTER your arm workout, if you do it before you will never hurt so bad. don't give up on them yet!!

Inject right before you lift and also massageing each bi for about 5min. after each inj. makes a huge diffrence. Also if you do inject right before a workout it will be painful for the first few sets and then be fine for the rest of the workout.

My bi's knot up pretty good too so I usually shot em both on friday when I knew I wouldnt have to use em for a while, the first is the worst, but after that they are less painfull post inj.

It's not the Winny. I have been doing 2 cc' in each bi without any trouble. It must be the Tren.
