I'm looking for a good bench press routine. I feel i can excell alot in most my outher lift's but my bench doesn't seem to be moving forward as fast as i would like. Current body weight is about 95kg and i can max out at 115kg for 1 rep
102.5 for 5 reps.
age 23
bw as above 95kg
height 5"11
body fat % maybe 17-19 <--- measured with digi calipers.
weight lifting history.
Been lifting around year and a half. But with few off periods. Roughly i have done about 4 months worth of solid lifting out of that time.
Most of that being 5x5 periodized progression routines. Most of wich i have journals for on this site.
Can anyone recommend a good routine to get my bench numbers up ?
