Use them all the time at our cardiology practice with no bad results. We precribe for heart failure and swollen limbs like leg swelling. We also prescribe it for high blood pressure and liver failure. I take 40 mg in split doses if im holding water, but Ive using arimidex so I reduced my usage. My mother had been taking 40mg/day for several years b/c she is prone to water retention and it alleviates her elevated blood pressure. She has over the past year been working out with cardio and lost about 75lbs and lowered her bp, she no longer needs them unless she experiences swelling. Some people like to scare you about diuretics and rightfully so, if taken incorrectly they can kill you so its always smart to have medical supervision with these. They are not bad if you know what you are doing, but if you start popping them like some people pop dbol tablets, then you can definitely get fucked up real fast. The dosage is usually 20mg am and 20mg 12 hours later. Some people take 40 mg in the am if they have swelling and 20mg in the evening, but dont be an idiot and assume you're normal. Go to a doc and tell him what you want to do so that they you can get checked out before you take these potentially deadly tablets.
