Can anyone allow the members here to have a voice on Sammy?

Do Elite Fitness Members believe Fonz should be allowed to stay @ our beloved EF?

Why is Scammy Sammy is still allowed to hang here. I think the members should contact a mod and admin and ask them to have him removed from this community. I am embarassed by the things being said about EF everywhere I go, and alot of it is about Fonz and how EF is protecting him even though he burned Galaxy and others!

If you know me, then you know I support EF with Donated Platinum Memberships, so I am not EF Bashing I am raising a legitimate issue here.

As a member who gives a shit about the community, I want to know why are we allowing him to stay. Members deserve the right to ask and to discuss this. It is our community. Where would EF be if we did not have hundreds of Platinum guys? At least Platinums should be allowed to talk about issues that affect our Community.


HE has to go IMO, and not just get a new user name. Please allow a poll to let the members voice be heard. This is nothing more than the members voice being spoken on a private members only board and most of us are paying to be here. Please allow our poll to run, it is on a 72 hour clock it will expire Monday.


George & Staff, can we please take the pulse of the board? Can we protect our own interest by speaking up as members who care? Will you let us vote? Will you hear our opinion?
 
I don't know if he's still posting or not, but the evidence I seen how he scammed Galaxy leaves me NO doubt he should be gone. You have my vote for what it's worth

You have the mod panel G3, you have to figure that out.

I have seen him "Online" several times in the past few days. We are a site with Integrity & Ethics, we are Elite Fitness. Everyone knows he is online and lurking around. He also posts with other handles, but you should be able to find that.

I am not after a struggle bro, just allow your members to give their opinion wiuth out being sensored.


It is the members who make this place great, not the 20 Mods, but the thousands of members. It feels like we are not allowed to have a voice in our own private community. Just please allow the vote to expire. It will expire in 72 hours. Then Admin & Staff will have the opinion of their members to discuss in private.

Thanks for letting us have a voice.

Not only scamming and reverse-scamming, but being arrogant about it, those are inexcusable. Off with his head!
 
From all the posts I have read the evidence screams FONZ= Sammy the Scammer. I agree w/Sh4dow, we have to look out for eachother here! This is not your typical community, legit people who come here expect there will be a sense of trust within this community. So when you have guys like Fonz scamming people, that sense of trust is broken, and w/o that trust the community falls!
Fonz needs to go and the Mods need to watch for him to try to re-emerge. We as a community cannot allow this kind of thing to go unnoticed. IMHO

I'm fairly new but I read quite a bit about the situation. I feel for galaxy and I'm sure it's not the first time this has happened to him or the last.

I believe that I have been scammed by a member on here, but I'm going to wait to see the out come before I say anything.

I know if this person has scammed me I would not want him to do this sort of thing to anyone else. I would not want him to be a part of a communtiy that depends so much on each other! Just my .02 cents.
 
I think the evidence is substantial and bottomline.....betraying the trust of fellow members is unacceptable. I've said it before and I'll say it again...I've seen people banned for lesser things. An act such as this MUST be considered severe.

If your guilty, then you should be be gone. This is a board where you should be able to trust people. Once a scammer always a scammer. We don't need this shit here.

i'm new to the board but i am here daily, i think that if it's true he should be gone, we need to protect ourselves from people that my take advantage of our members.

I put in my no confidence vote. I know he added a lot to the community a while ago, but I've not seen him do much constructive for the community since I've been here, and seems to go out of his way to verbally assault the other members on this board.

My Vote: Ban him! I saw enough evidence with the addy that was listed for "Sammy" which was the same addy that I sent some Var to be tested earlier this year. If they are not the same person then they share the same addy, so they gotta be pretty tight!
Now, as far as Mods being on the look out for him posting under different aliases, I got news for you guys, HOW THE HELL ARE THE MODS SUPPOSED TO KNOW? Everyone puts too much stock into "Check his IP"! I still use dial up and my IP addy is different just about every time I log on. I don't see someone having the same IP every time unless they are on an "Always On" system...and then, all the person would have to do is turn it off. So ease up on the MODS...the word is MOD not GOD!

well, you just clarified how little you know about computers. There's something called a DHCP lease that you need to learn out and what happens when said lease expires. My cable IP hasn't changed this calendar year and i've turned my router off many times.
 
if he scammed once, then he should go period!!! who cares if he "is paying back now, or did pay back" trust and integrity is everything, and if he is prone to fuck someone over once, he will do it again, if he needs to!!

Fellas he's never going to post under that username again. Closing the account would just be a formality at this point. People have been working on establishing the Fonz - Sammy connection, and the return of money. The account being closed is somewhat of a dead issue. No one expects him to return under the Fonz name, which is why the account was never closed. More of an oversight then a conspiracy.

Has he been logging on under the Fonz name? It would be news to me, I don't have the power to check that. I know he hasn't posted since August 1st. Since apparently some have seen this username as being "online" I'll forward that to the people that can in fact take care of it.

You realize how easy it is to hide ip , re-register, change nick, and start scamming again? 123 <--------------- that easy
 
G3 in the Mod Control Panel you should see his last activity. Maybe not here @ EF.

If it is a dead issue we dont want that scum allowed to lurk around here. Ban his accounts and let the people know what the staff decided. Mods use the IP function to weed out his alias handles. I am speaking for over 90% of our members to our community when I say we want George and his Staff to forcefully remove Fonz out of our community. Most of us pay for our platinums to be in a "safe place" an environment where we feel secure and comfortable.

If we, the members are not allowed a voice, if we are not allowed to have a PROVEN SCAMMER banned, then there are serious problems with Admin & Ownership. It is not a dead issue, because you have not banned FONZ and his Alias Accounts. That is why it is not dead, he still lurks here, it doesn't feel good to have a scamming, ex-mod lurking around and using alias handles to remain here.


I feel the people are being ignored and we want a voice on Sammy.


I have PMd you the link between Sammy - Fonz. Several members on other sites have shown a link. Why Genarr3, do you say, "People are still looking for link" THE LINK IS ESTABLISHED.

G3, thanks for not deleting and recycling. It was stand up of you and Radar to allow us to have a voice. Afterall, without members a site has nothing. We deserve a chance to talk without hurling insults, and take a peaceful poll.

Now I am not confused. I thought everyone was talking about Sammy posting. They are talking about FONZ posting.

If you guys are talking about banning FONZ you don't have to. He's gone. He was banned once before and I asked George to give him another chance and he did. That chance is over. So he will be banned no matter what your poll says. Sorry I didn't get it in the beginning.

Our poll is indication of how we feel as a community Ulter. I never thought the decision would be based on this thread, nor should it be. Doesn't seem like good for your business to defend Fonz and Sammy all the time. If they are such good friends of yours, I feel a little less respect for you and your ethics. Are you Fonz?

Ulter just said Fonz had another chance and will be banned this time. I don't think he disagree here since it was part of the deal that Fonz would act like civilized person and not create trouble when he was brought back.
 
All I asked for Manny is a 72 hour poll just to get the opinion of the board members, we are a private community. I dont want to argue with Ulter or cause any problem. 72 hour poll, then lock it and whatever. I am only speaking up for the peeps of elite who want to have a voice. I get a lot of email wanting to know why we cant have a voice over here.

He is not banned due to this thread, it has to do with other stuff. But we should be allowed to have a thread and or a poll as members. no mud slinging, no bad mouth, no private info. Just let the vote of the people go on record.

It will expire soon, I'll throw a padlock on it, buh bye- end of story. I would just like to see a peaceful poll, without any big arguements and stuff.

I say cut his dick off and choke him with it. I hate being scammed, I lost 1400.00 on my debit card 2 weeks ago cause somebody used my #. I say out with his eyes, off with his dick and into a 6 foot deep hole with his remains. No ceremony, just bury his scamming ass 6 feet deep.

fonz was a douchebag before the whole thing with galaxy. i guess the mods have buried any posts about this situation but isn't it proof enough that fonz has never been heard from since???? i am sure he is on under an alter or just reading everything. i am glad to rid of him and hope him and his ugly little body are never seen again.

Actually DT, you clarified how little you read posts and or your ability to understand what you read... I can take a computer apart and reassemble quite easily I am also well qualified on many Programs. I did not say anything about "computers" I was talking about IP addies. It does show how little I know about cable modems and connections. I do know my IP changes every time I log on with dial up. Thanks DT for your stunning insight and as Ulter said,

well if you knew about computers you'd know about MAC addresses on the network cards in computers, and how the dhcp server prefers to give the same IP back to the same card......if we're talking broadband.

I sent him $550 for the Supra LongR HGH and some masteron. After a couple months I told him to just send me some proviron that he mentioned he had on hand. Basically trying to call him on it.I still didnt hear back from him. After Ulter intervened he did say he was going to refund my money.Couple weeks went by and Sammy sent me 280 tabs of proviron. Not exactly what I wanted considering I get them for .75 a tab usually and he charged me basically $2 a tab! That is an ASS RAPING. I spent $550 for $210 worth of proviron. But, I guess its not a total loss. Still a loss though. And he is still a scammer either way.

Anyway, he should be BANNED! He's a loser.

I think he is a scammer. I have sent the pm's to many. I think there has been enough evidence from alot of very good people here that something is definitly wrong here. I cant not understand for the life of me why some still stick up for him.

Why ask why? Try Bud Dry. Probably because he voted for himself with an alias handle Dragon. Why be a coward and vote for a scammer but be afraid to step forward and post your support. (you being the voters who selected "let him stay" votes)



Manny, G3, Radar & others who have the facts, I hope you will continue to ban him as he will undoubtedly return. They always come back, especially someone who wants to get self gratification from reading the posts of the people he hurt. He'll be back, and when he does I hope EF will take a firm stance on his actions to well respected members of this board.

Anyway like Manny said, he is now banned, hopefully his other handles will be banned as it is a ethical issue for the integrity of this community.
