Calories? Can we actually gain LBM with sub-mainteance diets?

Until we are given custom diets, what calories roughly are we meant to be consuming.

I've got the feeling from Omega's diet he consumes about 2000 calories a day. I'm pretty sure I'd lose 1/2 kilo per week + on this based on previous experience.

(I haven't really implemented the diet part of the programme yet until it officially starts - am still probably consuming 3000 per day, prob more 2 times per week)

I'm interested in whether people can much mass on these sub-mainteance diets if that is their primary goal?
 
My Diet is VERY spartan, you are going to have to make a huge leap of faith in the Requirement I set.

PLEASE know the DIET is congruent to the training

The First athlete ( Client OMEGA) ate as I specified and GREW .........ALL That GROWTH WAS pure MUSCLE


The diet will be more then you need and NO its not 2000 calories lol but not far off ;)
