The scale, theory, or what ever they are using is flawed. According to it I would burn over twice as many calories playing golf, while riding in a cart, as I would in 60 minutes of weightlifting.
during the tour de france the athletes routinely comsume over 10,000 calories per day and end up losing on average 8lbs at the end of the race.........go figure
Yeah the snowboarding cals seemed a little over the top, but I guess to burn how much was listed you would have to keep your heart rate up constantly, which doesnt happen on those 5-10min lifts..
