calorie needs when on heavy

hey guys i was just looking for a bit of input.... i never really used anything other then food for protien and calories...but i got a new job, one where i dont do shit!!! but i dont have any time to eat! i was thinking about using myoplex rtd shakes the 43 gram protien ones ans that weider shit 4000 calorie stuff, plus my food before and after work.... as i said in another post im gonna be hittin 750mg of enan, drol 75 and some winny or deca... please hit me up and let me know what you think
 
don't know about the eating stuff but i did catch something i believe. is it going to be your first cycle ? if so then only use a simple basic cycle and lower your test to 500mgs for 10 weeks. 750 is WAY to much for a first cycle. IMO i would never recomemnding using a - bombs first time around either. low dose dbol would be a better kick start. if it's not your first i am sorry for the rambling. btw go with either metrx packets or myoplex,they are pricey but good with alot of protien
 
hey daddyx ex no you didnt catch it right, i've been around for about 10 years with gear. but i was always able to eat!!!! 1.5 per pound was never a problem!!! but like i said now i cant eat all the time so im resorting to fluids too... i,ve been using myoplex for about 6 years, and i started using some nitro tech, i like it for recovery.... to give you a brief history, im the asshole that can take 25 a-50 with some test and gain about 20 quick ones keeping 10 no problem... i never worried about calories before cause there was no reason for me to worry, i just ate and ate..... so now that im 27 this is gonna be my last run at it.... when i left off my all time strength was best at 200 pounds, i was dl 715, squat 650 and bp 385 for 2.... my joints hurt like hell now so im just gonna go for size....i wont have any problems hitting the 225 range but i think i wanns go to about 240... thats why im gonna hit 50 days of a-75 with the test and taper off with winny....... so just the calorie info please
