Well the calluse healed and held together for my meet in july, I ended up pulling 600 pretty easy. Im doing another meet in november in Bay city MI. Im looking at 630 for this one. The problem is the bars at my gym SUCK. They are very sharp and anything over 450 is very painful cause it just digs into my hands. I dont want to wear gloves but I need something to protect my hands. Any suggestions? I was at the Arnold a few years back and some guy at a booth was selling some type of rubber square that you could put in your hand that would act like chalk and did not have any straps to go around the wrist so grip strength could get better. anyone hear of these or have any suggestions?
