Caculating lean muscle gains with BF%

Hey guys I just wanted to know how to determine lean mucles gains with BF% and weight. I have a very strict goal i have to meet so i need to know at different points of the cycle where i have to be at.
Here's some stats
6'2"
was 195 @ 15%bf
100% strict diet for a little over a month
Did a short cycle 2.5 weeks Winni 50mg ED to help bring down the BF before i start my cycle
Now @ 185 9%bf

ok bro, if you 195 @ 15%, you can do 195 x 0.85 = 165.75lb at 0% body fat.
Now though you are @ 9% at 185, so .91 x 185 = 168.35lb, so you have gained 2.6lb of muscle if the body fat % are spot on!!

Thanks but where did you get those numbers. .91 and .85

.85 is basically 100-15% = .85. you could always multiply on a calculator by 85% percent but easier for me with a maths degree doing this way

True I was thinking 15% of my body weight and figuring that way, duh, got ya now, thanks bro.

.15 x 195 = 29.25
.09 x 185 = 16.65
So then I lost like 13lbs of fat in a just over a month. Ew fuck was wrong with me lol. Nice. Its amazing how quick you can get outta shape and back into with just a Diet. Have to give credit to Mak for helping me out. Great bro.
