C is for Clenbuterol

A couple of questions

Is clenbuterol catabolic or anti-catabolic? ie could you run it during PCT without risk of losing the mass youve just gained. Would it be better to run at the same time as the cycle or would this destroy your liver.

And do you need any support supliments like hawthorn berry?
 
clen is crap for pct for a lot of reason. The last thing you want during pct is to be Burning more cals anyway. Nutrition retention is already in the gutter clen will make it even worse. Not only that NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is not anti-catabolic.
 
What would you suggest to keep the fat off then. Im putting on quite a belly (approaching 20%BF) and dread to think that all that hard earned muscle will be underneath layers of fat by the time I start a bulking cycle, nevermind after.
 
Don't cut kcal during pct. Keep your kcal elevated as if you were still oncycle to hold on to those gains. If you are not doing cardio then nows the time to start. Nothing crazy though. Thirty minutes of fasted LISS or fifteen minutes of HIIT pwo a few times a week should keep you from gaining anymore fat through pct. You can worry about cutting once your body accepts all that newly gained mass.
