That's fructose . Fructose doesn't spike insulin like dextrose.

Again, between the tropical orange, double chocolate, banana, fruit punch and Cinnabun flavors THAT ARE ALL AWESOME, just get some BIG BLAST and get a super plasma serum, creatine, NO2, EFA , riblose, and dextrose shot in one.
