Ever give other guys shit in the gym? some times getting each other jacked up can motivate you...

Here are a few good lines....

"Hey buddy you got a string or something hanging from your sleeve." Wait for him to start looking for it then reach over and jerk on his arm saying "oopps....sorry bro that's your arm!"

Or...."Your so light, the Seat Belt light in your car never shuts off when you have it on!"

Or...."Dude, your not even ready for your Before pictures.
