Busted Up My Knee

Went Upstate this weekend hunting. Seen 2 Doe's but didnt shoot them.

Saturday morning my Dad, and I decide to go for some firewood. On the way we run into some car trouble. We stop at a service center so they can fix the car.

While we are waiting my dad and I decide to go outside and check out the used cars that they have for sale in his parking lot. While reading the information on one of the cars windows there was a lil patch of mud on the pavement that i slipped on.

I fall to the ground. One leg goes forward and the other slips back. My knee bends and my knee cap pops out and slips to the left side of my leg. Now my knee is locked in the bent position cuz my knee cap disclocated, laying in mud and my dad is trying to help me up while im screaming in pain.

My knee was in so much pain i grabbed my knee cap and popped it back in place with my hand and it snapped back in. I didnt know what else to do, but i knew that my knee cap had no business on the left side of my leg. :sicky:

My knee blew up like a balloon instantly. Couldnt walk and got rushed to the ER.

I wish this upon no one. So I went to the ER, took an X-Ray, they gave me a shot for the pain, braced my leg up, and threw me on some crutches. (and i talked the doctor to switching the precription from Tylenol Codeine #3's to Vicodin. I am the MAN!!)

I wont know if i need suregery or not until i get an MRI.

Im also curious to know if maybe i have a law suit for slipping and falling?

well if you have a lot of cars that are for sale you should expect that people are going to be walking in between cars to read the details about the vehicle. i actually stepped around the mud and slipped on the slippery pavement where the mud trailed off.

went to the doctor tonight. He stuck 2" 22g needle in my knee and drained out 60cc's of blood from it. I almost lost it. Hurt like hell.

I'm about to start physical therapy on my left knee. I fucked it up while moshing at a show. It was in a bar and I was hammered like a mother fucker. I slipped in the pit and the inside of my knee crashed hard on the hardwood floor. I stretched some ligaments and have a small fracture on my cartiledge. Everyone was trying to tell me to sue the bar and I was like why should they be sued because I'm a drunk ass stupid motherfucker.

i think theres a difference between being in a moshpit and looking at cars for sale when the ground has a little slick spot. If the owner knows people are going to be looking at the cars he should make sure the the heavy traffic areas are clear. this was on pavement.
