BUSTED IN TEXAS continued

Well, I was in juarez getting some medicines and I came across a veterinarian who seemed to have rather good prices on QV/Denkall Here is what I got busted with in texas coming back.

QV supertest250/10ml @ 2 bottles
denkall/ austrailanvet test suspension 100mg/20ml @ 1 bottle (kangaroo)
astanazolol austrailain vet company 50mg/20ml (kangaroo)

And the guy threw in 1 5ml bottle of sustanon250 with a dog on it. Total cost was $216 for these 5 bottles/ I now see online that the qvlab site has prices that
are at least double or triple!!!, and so Im guessing someone else just through up a qv site. Google research seems to say denkall and qv were busted, but I know my shit was legit.
I'm very upset about this. When I arrived at the police station, (the station almost paused for an hour as every cop in their hovered around my stash smiling and relating to what I had. Most of them were familiar with the stuff and thought the kangaroo flexing was was charming. Im guessing I got busted with 9-10 grams total, but the police added up the labels and not each CC. They arrived at .9 grams (by their math) I would have been fuc%D with just 100 more mg. I think they cut me a break. It was an illegal search and their dog didnt hit on anything whatsoever. The reason they say they were suspicious is because of a hat which my stupid ex-friend bought a hat with a marijuana laeve etc. than lied about somehting pertaining to his record. He was acting way to nervous as well. I think I could get a good attorney and get this thrown out, but my dilemna is that Im a college student with not lots of money. My plans are to ask around the town of where my court is and see what kind of judge I will be up against. This was only a misdemeanor but my brothers story is much worse as he had 20 codeine and no script. My bother is in a wheelchair after he was in a bad car accident a year ago, (what the hell would a guy like that need codeine for????) Post any advice you guys may have. Im not going to be a mule anymore, but for all of you who say not to come across from mexico. I did it 7 or so times. Mexico border (at least the one I went to was a joke) It's texas that you have to worry about. (WELL that and fu**** who you take with you.)

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, bro.

I would go to the Web site of Collins, McDonald & Gann (Rick Collins' practice), and contact them about local help in your area. They can probably line you up with someone near you who is affordable, and make arrangements to worh with that attorney through your case.

The web site of their practice is: http://www.attorneydefense.com/

Also, it might be useful to get a copy of Legal Muscle and read it cover to cover. You will learn a lot about how your case will proceed and the different ways to handle things and what the outcomes might be. If your library doesn't have it, you can get a copy here: http://www.legalmusclebooks.com/

apprecciate that bro, I heard about that consultation service on another forum, and I;m gonna check it out. Someone also mentioned pre-pay legal services? $25 a month.

Did you get pulled over by regular LE or was it a Border Patrol inspection station on the highway?

I made 200 miles into texas, and their was a border patrol inspection at some point on the way, but it was a breeze. The arresting people were highway patrol, or troopers later on down the road around midland texas. I'm gonna miss my QV stuff- I hear they had some good products and I managed to drink a few doses of the winstrol.

I wouldn't recommend going down there at all. There are plenty of people you can pay to take that risk for you.

true. true. I don't want to mention names on here, but seems lately that a lot of sites or people are getting some bad reputations, I don't know that I would feel comfortable sending money off to anyone.

So you didn't necessarily get busted bringing gear back, you just got busted in general a long way from the border.

Two lessons:
1) Don't have controlled substances + marijuana-leaf-hat-wearing nervous friend in your car together
2) Don't have controlled substances in your car period. You can be Mr Suit and Tie driving your new Lexus and still there is that chance one day you'll run into a search situation for some reason.

Good luck bro - I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Does anyone know what in the hell those border patrol places are looking for? What is their mission? I drive through them every week or so and they just wave me through.

Drugs, Illegal aliens, terrorists, and cash........

Mostly drugs and some Pedro and Jose trying to make a living in the U.S....But no worries, terrorist will get into the U.S through the hunderds of unguarded miles at the border with Canada, or maybe through the shores of Oregon where law enforcement is nowhere to be found.

So do you still believe they are using your taxes to fight terrorism and protect the intersts of the american people? Yeah Right!!!

They arent doing to good of a job looking for illegals in cars. My friend was a sleep in the back cab of my frontier/ and he wasn't even seen. LoL Just asked where we were from and then waved on.

You have to establish a connection with the right people and you will find that there are a bunch of very good sources out there who are in it for the business, not to rip people off.

Yeah, I had a little patience and think I'm headed on the right track. It's hard to weed out the phonys sometimes. I found a site that BritishDragon verify's as a source, than someone else on here tells me they dont deliver?? I think I have some good prospects for now.

What kind of payment do good sources ask for?

1st thing stay away from pre-paid legal..I had them for a while and all they are WORTHLESS...I paid in for 3 years and when I needed them all I got was a free consulation and then they wanted a huge retainer...they are a total scam..Did the cops ask to search your car or did they just do it.?? I know laws varry from state to state but where I am they just can't search and if you give permission for them to you can also tell them to stop at any time..hopefully its the same in tx if so maybe it will be deemed illegal and all they can do is keep your juice..hope it turns out well for you Bro... :coffee:

dawg4life- Thanks for the advice. I have decided to just talk to an attorney for now and see what he say's, because I dont want to make 5-6 trips to texas to fight a misdemeanor court case. I told the police that they did not have my permission to search, and the search was completely illegal. I did make 1 mistake though. When the trooper had me on the shoulder of the highway- he said "Let me ask you something, Why in the world did you buy these things?" He asked me in a concerned "mother" like tone, so I was straight with him and said that it was for personal use. I should have looked at the big picture of what was happening and said nothing at all. Hope it doesn't backfire on me.

Advisor_X was right on the money! 6 months Probation and fine, but not really all that simple. Fine to court $300. Pay probation cost for 6 months in texas AND Oklahoma. Really bullshit. Anyway, supposed to have drug test and counseling possible? Judge never mentioned this as part of the deal. See.. In this county you can plead guilty to see offer, than if you don't like.. you can plead innocent.

Hope it never happens again. I've never been searched in oklahoma. Damn!

I live in Texas. The actual laws here they are supposed to have a signed paper from you saying they can search your car.I know this for a fact. But I am sure they can get around it with the probable cause thing also.Another hint I have found out is if you lock your doors and throw your keys down a drainage ditch they can not legaly break into your car to search it.Then call a tow truck and have it towed home if in the right circumstance of course wich you were not.
