ive seen this post many times. i would try the westside-barbell.com routine. ive been using it for about 2 months, and my lifts have gone up tremendously. ive also gained about 6 pounds of muscle while working outside in the dead heat of july laboring. this routine is much less stressful on your joints. believe me, i was feeling like my joints were dieing on the 5x5.
