1-4 winny 50mg ED
1-12 deca 500mg EW
1-12 cyp 125mg EW(i know the test is low but this level does my bp right without having use bp meds at a higher dose)
nolva, hcg. on hand
5'7, 215, cant remmy how many cycles ive done(enough)
I am on week 4, dropped the winny to be safe on the orals side. Usually I get a burnt out feeling around week 4-5, just get sick of eating, sick of lifting, feel very negative. All my cycles end around week 4-6 bc I just dont care. The deca doesnt seems to help much w my attitude. The reason I stick w short cycles is bc of an article I read abt short cycles but truthfully? Burnout. The problem with this is that I never really see the full benefits of the longer oils, 10-12 weeks. I read using gonakor or another hcg in midcycle can help. anyone else get this way and what do you do abt it, if anything

I hear you man, you should look closer at timing your cycles better. Winny gave you a kick for 4 weeks and honestly you will feel the next wave coming in about 2 more weeks. If you have HCG you can use it, it will give you a quick pop till deca will fully take effect but the test should be higher than 125mg
As for the attitude ....can't help you there bro, you need to want something in order to drive yourself further. Make small goals for yourself and get there don't be a lazy ass....c'mon bro get to the gym and kick ass:)

varga, thanks for the reply, I did front load this cycle and Monday was the last of the winny. I could bump up the test to 250
and push myself through it. I fight, which helps too and there are bags at the gym I work on, think Ill change it up a bit.

Once in a while I feel lazy too bro but I think positively and work through it.... At this point I would bump the test to 250mg or look into taking some prop if bloat is the issue. keep pushing the best is yet to come in the next few weeks:)

Usually when I wanna give up someone compliments me just in time. Knock on wood.
 
Ok, I bumped the test to 250 EW cyp. Lethargy is a good way to put it, I remmy a brief stint with M1T caused it big time, didnt want to do anything. A day or two after a shot of test is the worst, lethargic and test flu, my buddy says to do the shots at night to sleep off some of that. thanks for the replies, I m going for it now, working through it
 
Don't you guys think the Deca is way too high especially because of the low test? Maybe it would help to tone down the deca a bit, down by half maybe?
 
Once a year I put the weights down for a week or two. On purpose.
I mean NO lifting for 10-14 days. It gives your body time to fully rest up, and gives your mind time to remember how much better you felt lifting. If you need a break, take a break.
But it's only to recharge you for another tour of duty, bro.
You don't have to prove anything to anyone, but yourself.
 
?? Maybe your gear is bunk, I don't know. The 4-6 week period is when your suppose to get that ''animal'' fealling that everything is kicking in and you feal like a total beast in the gym (well with long esters) and from personal experience and all the guys I know.

Also as a thumb of rule its a good idea to have more test then decca to avoid issues, such as this.

Also its weird that you feall like crap after a shot, maybe for the first week or two this is possible (test flu etc) but each shot shouldnt make you feall sick, thats not a good sign.

Maybe tell us a bit more about your cycling history, pct etc and we could help you out more,

good point, halfcenturian. I cant remm the last time I took any time off from training, I mean for years Ive been hitting the weights, hitting the bags, jitsu, with no breaks. I get bored with a routine and then change it up but i never stop. My last cycle was june-july, I was hitting the weights and then we had promotions and a week long jitsu seminar, then I started hitting the bags, more jitsu and now back to the weights. something to think abt. ericg, the gears gtg but I think you and lookinfit75 are right, not enough test, too much deca. thanks for the replies
 
I think you should consider using a dopamine agonist to help with anti-depression while on cycle, especially when using a progesterone like deca. Try cabasar at .5mg EOD and see how you feel.

If you don't like longer cycles, don't use long esters. Simple.

If you would rather blast in 4-6 week periods, i'd suggest something like this:

Test Prop 200mg EOD
Tren Acetate 50mg ED
50mg Anadrol 1-4

PCT + HCG + Sustain 3-4 weeks

Then go for something like this:
Test Prop 100mg EOD
NPP 100mg EOD
Masteron 100mg EOD
Winny 50mg ED

Phase one is a mass phase, phase two is a cutting phase. You will have to alter diet accordingly, but some people find this more effective because they can stay focused. Good luck.

I have to admit I do get a "burnt out" feeling at about weeks 5-6, thats why my cycles are no longer than 6 weeks, for PCT I use tribulus zinc etc and NO Explode and Creatine, this is a MASSIVE help after coming off a course, it keeps you motivated which is important after a cycle.
 
Try to keep the ratio of Test to D.eca in favor of the test so you'll have extra gas from the test. Also, if you haven't taken a break in years, that's probably a BIG reason why you are burnt out. Pro athletes take time off, CEO's take breaks, doctors takes breaks, everyone takes brakes bro so you might wanna finish what you started if you feel it will be productive hit that PCT and then take a vacation for a bit like .50 Cent said so you can miss your activity. Nothing like that sloth-like feeling you get from not working out for a while to motivate you to get your butt feelin good in the gym.
 
Fuck the juice.

Get your ass to the gym, lift some heavy fuckin weights, eat like a beast, rest, eat, rest, train hard...then rest and train harder.

If that doesn't get you motivated, gear never will.

Gear does not "replace" diet, rest, food and proper training, it only "supplements" the above.
