***I didn't have splenda here & could not choke down that oatmeal, OMG ... ick ... so I thought, lets see what sugar taste like, 1/2 tsp though, and nothing... still nasty ... Sugar is not what it's cracked up to be ...***


12:00 P.M. –
Meal # 2 :
• Myoplex RTD Lite - Chocolate Fudge

***I pounded this thing before cardio, after weights .. I was starving/thirsty ... :rolleyes:***

2:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
• ~7 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (cooked from Fresh In Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic & EVOO for WOK)
• ~ 6 oz Idaho Potato with sea & peppa (looked medium in size?)

3:30 P.M. ??
Meal # 4 :
• Medium Banana
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple

GREAT JOB on not giving in to chocolate temptation ... remember everything in moderation is ok :) BUT if you feel just one will cause the domino effect ... then best stay away .. Good Luck to you Ilk ;)
