Run errands

WIDE GRIP PULL DOWNS – I wanted to do these as well b/c I had better isolation on my lats than with assisted Pullups

I usually grunt through these to made it better :D

It's funny, a trainer walked by us and says, "I don't think those are challening enough for you ... next time try it on a BOSU ball ...".
I couldn't tell if she was being facetious so I held back on my comment on where I think she should shove her friggin 'BOSU' ... :D

Some trainers don't think anything is gonna work like their suggesitons or workouts do. It's the ego thing! UGH!

Rack to do some exercises… They were still there so I said phuck it, grabbed the 50’s & did some shrugs … it felt good since I’m having Moose feelings … Treil I know you get what I’m saying … ;)
